Hi there, my name is Alexis and I would like to share my experiences as a book nerd. I love reading since I was a child and can read up to 300 pages a day.

I found out that reading is so essential in our daily life as it helps to empower our imagination. Because I was a nerd, there was a time when I am very unhealthy due to lack of sports and fitness. I started to look for fitness books and spend 5 days reading them. I then created a fitness program of 3 month to achieve my goals.

Thanks to reading fitness books, I gain the knowledge and motivation to achieve a healthier and fit body. I plan for my blog to help others improve their interest in reading as well.
